Throwback to last year, I had the pleasure of working with the Adams family again!! I was honoured to photograph Sophie & Corey’s engagement & wedding a few years ago…crazy how fast time flies!!! Now they are welcoming a new baby to their family & they reached out to join the Watch Me Grow collection!!! YAY!!

The Watch Me Grow collection is my FAVOURITE…it consists of 3 sessions during baby’s first year of life!! Clients choose between a in home or studio newborn session, along with a “sitter” session (generally between 6-8 months) & ends with a session around their 1st birthday!! Additional options are adding a maternity session & upgrading to a cake smash session for the last session in the collection!

Sophie & Corey decided to add a maternity session to their collection & I couldn’t be happier!! Maternity sessions are generally booked between the 28th to 32 weeks of pregnancy, while clients are still comfortable & baby doesn’t have their feet in your ribs 24-7 yet!!

We decided to have an evening session at my home & they came prepared to wander through fields & long grass…my favourite locations!! Closed toed shoes, pants for the guys, long dress for the ladies & minimal heels are ideal options for this location!

These two did amazing during their session, it is also the perfect time for us to catch up on all their lives since the last time we saw each other!! Keep a look out for their in home newborn session that will be featured on the blog very soon!!
