Two months ago, I happened to look at our family’s passports…yearly organization of bills will make you stumbles across all sorts of things!! Guess what I noticed, everyone’s passport was either expired, close to the expiration date or needed to have their first adult passports!! But just as quickly I noticed the job, I forgot all about it…was in the middle of hockey season after all!

After weeks of putting the job off, I finally did the research, printed out the forms, harassed older children to get their photos done & filled out the oh-so-many forms (haven’t printed that much in a LONG time!!) they were ready to go!!

Now the process of bringing in the forms to the passport office wasn't a breeze; did you know that the office has moved from the Pointe Claire mall?! Also, if you are going…be sure to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT online, you will thank me later!! After spending hours there, the job is now done & best of all, I was able to get rid of that nagging sense that “there is something I am forgetting”!!

After all this, it got me thinking... I wonder if YOU might be dragging your feet on photos for similar reasons!! I mean, I hope gorgeous new photos of your family are at least a little more exciting than applying for new passports, but I get it: the process of researching, hiring, prepping for a session, and - you know - paying for it might mean you put it off!!
